This Week…
On Your Journey to Better Health
Busy schedules and stress are the two biggest reasons people skip exercise (surprise, surprise right?!), but they’re also the two best reasons to stay active! Those endorphins that help you feel great also relax your mind.
And when you feel better, your days tend to go just a little bit easier. Take back pain for example. When you keep your core muscles strong, those nagging aches and pains are often fewer and farther between.
Yep—move better, feel better. Those used-to-be-daily aches and pains no longer limit your food, sleep, and exercise choices. And if back, leg, hip pain—you name it—has you stuck on the couch, know you’ve got an ally in us!
Next Steps
Mom knows best—get out and play every day! Even 15 minutes can help improve your overall wellbeing. A quick walk during your afternoon break is all it takes to boost those endorphins and, hey, burn some extra calories.
And if pain is keeping you from doing what you love, you know who to call! Our team of body mechanics is here to help get your body back to feeling its best (in more ways than one) so you can get active, get out, and do it all!
Until next week, make time for your self-care. Call or go online to schedule your next visit.
