I’m sure you’ve heard the expression “aged like a fine wine”. Now there’s an art to aging wine. A lot of time and preparation goes into aging wine; from the temperature of the cellar, exposure to the proper elements, seal of the barrel and, of course, time. It takes a lot of effort to get the perfect blend and good batch of wine. When you combine all the factors mentioned above you can create the delicate balance needed to produce a classic vintage. If you were introduce stress and imbalance to that type of environment, you would end up getting an inferior, worthless, product and all that time and effort would have been for nothing. You may be wondering why we’re discussing wine. It just so happens that there are a lot of similarities when comparing the aging process of making a good wine and our bodies.

Asking the Right Questions

Are you providing your body with the elements and internal environment needed to grow finer over time?? What about the amount of quality mental impulse your body is exposed to on a daily basis. We are exposed to so many “stressors” in our day-to-day activities that can tarnish our process to becoming a “fine wine”. Are your cells and tissues bathed with an abundance of life thriving energy, or are the spinal branches of your nervous system choked by subluxations (weeds growing on your vines) leaving those cells to prematurely age and wither on the vine?

It can be hard at times to maintain our vines and our batch of fine wine. It’s important for us to pay attention to this, though, because it’s necessary for us to flourish. Without it we won’t be able to ensure that our vines can grow and thrive with great harvests so that we can produce amazing bottles of wine to enjoy for many years to come.

Getting our nervous system checked is critically important to make sure it’s working correctly and free from interference so that we can live longer and without pain or discomfort. A good way to make sure that you can do this naturally is going to speak to a chiropractor. Go and get your spine checked and see if there are natural alternatives to insecticides or pesticides (medications) that can help your vines grow and flourish. Also, if you know of anyone that can benefit from chiropractic care make sure that they get their spines checked so they can live a pain free and happy life :)
