Hello everyone this week on our wellness blog I am going to talk about detoxing your body. It is very important to make sure that your body is balanced and i know you have heard either myself or Dr. Mckinley talk about the three stress types which are thoughts, traumas and toxins. So Ill be focusing on the toxins today but it is always important to make sure that your nervous system gets cleaned up first so that you have a clear connection so your body can get rid of the toxins more efficiently.
On average the typical American diet is very acidic in nature, you want to have your bodies natural ph balance to be 7.365 which would be the optimal level. To have the balanced pH system you need to have a diet which includes 80% more alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods but like I said earlier the American diet is the opposite. When peoples bodies are acidic they will have more swelling and inflammation, acid indigestion, fatigue and low endurance levels and they will feel like their muscles are weak when doing activities just to name a few.
Also when people want to be more balanced and lose weight you will want to do appropriate carb cycling and force the body into a fat burning machine, but not a starvation cycle. You want to deplete all sugars (glycogen) stored in the blood, liver and muscles. When done correctly people should be able to lose 7-15 pounds in one week if done properly.
