As we grow older, the typically mindset gravitates towards a thinking that our health should start to decrease. A lot of people also think that health can be a matter of luck. Almost as if you had collected a bunch of lucky charms or won the genetic lottery with a great immune system, perfect system function, and loads of energy. You don’t actually have to knock on wood or pray to be healthy because I’m here to tell you that we have a lot more control over our health than most people realize.
Health is birthright. This extends from the moment your mother gave birth to you and all the way through adolescent growth into adulthood. The innate intelligent power of life that brought you into existence continues to recreate the best version of ‘you’ possible. Ways in which it does this is to help you grow strong, recover from illness, and help your body adapt to stresses in life. All these functions of health are orchestrated by an innate power within you which is due to an awesome nervous system. You have complete control over how clear your life line is with regular adjustments.
We not only need to make sure that we’re exercising and eating right for our health but also need to make sure that our nervous system is working at its optimum level. When our nervous system isn’t working correctly it creates dysfunction and can eventually lead to disease, radiating pain, and may other secondary conditions. To prevent this you need to make sure that you’re getting your nervous system checked. We recommend that you and your loved ones get checked by a local Chiropractor so your nervous system is in check.
