Ok, so on the first day of Christmas I have a very HEALTHY GIFT for all of you! From now until the end of December, I have worked out FREE MEMBERSHIPS for any of our practice members at my health club!! I’ve been taking my family to LakeShore Sport & Fitness for 2 years. The club is GREAT, especially if you have kids! Most city health clubs are not geared well for families, but these guys are!
