I’ve been suffering from strong upper back and neck pain, stretching down the nerves in my arms, since working from home with the onset of the pandemic. Before coming to McKinley Family Chiropractic, I spent thousands of dollars on massages and PT, but the pain was persistent. I was also seeing a chiropractor out in the suburbs, but the commute made it difficult to schedule appointments with frequency, so I only scheduled appointments when the pain got too severe. I wish I started coming to McKinley family chiropractic sooner! Within the first two weeks of the regiment , I felt vast improvement. I no longer have nerve pain, the muscles in my neck were a lot less tense, and my posture improved immensely. They’ve also helped me work through ongoing knee pain that has improved my running form! Moreover, the staff is very kind. I’m always greeted by my first name when I walk in the door and I feel comfortable asking the team any question about pain in the body. Note that the process requires several initial visits (I scheduled appointments 2-3x/week for the 12 visits), but then the visit frequency scales back once I had noticeable improvement. The office does accommodate this by having flexible hours (open until 7pm certain evenings, Saturday morning appointments are always available) and having an efficient schedule ( I rarely stay in the office longer than 10 minutes).
