Years ago I was involved in a serious car accident that left me with chronic back pain. This pain... continued to progress and progress over time until it was literally unbearable. My family urged me to see a chiropractor but I was extremely hesitant since I had a horrible experience as a child with a local chiropractor. Back in February 2019 I saw a video on Facebook about care from McKinley Family Chiropractic... specifically dealing with pain I have experienced for years. After discovering that a friend of mine has been treated there with great success, I made an appointment. The initial intake appointment confirmed several areas of my body that needed work. I could see in the x-ray and scans that my body was under a lot of stress and all my pain made sense. As I walked out of the office and went home that night, I cried because I was annoyed at myself for ignoring the pain for so long. But I also was excited because Dr. McKinley was so confident they could help me. Of course I started their recommended treatment plan and saw great results. This past Sunday I ran a half marathon. I had very little pain the whole race and was able to run most of it. I attribute the success I now have physically to the work of everyone at McKinley Family Chiropractic. I started my treatment about a month and a half ago. I was in pain every single day and thought... that it was my normal. McKinley Family Chiropractic is the real deal. I've been to other chiropractors in the past, and... I'm happy to post this positive review as my experience at McKinley has been nothing but positive. First of all, there is a large focus on data and metrics. Before any adjustments were made they did a body scan using specialized measuring devices and software to map the alignment of my spine and the flow of heat/energy. Based on that data we crafted my plan and defined my goals. A few weeks later new tests were taken. This sort of data-driven approach gives me confidence that we are working towards our stated goals and not just "doing adjustments in perpetuity". There's a clear goal and clear end in sight, and we're taking measurements to chart my improvement. There's a focus on holistic health here. Mind/body/soul. That's reflected in the way Dr. McKinley approaches his patients, the feeling of the office, their *excellent* staff, everything. The "family" part of this place is real. I bring my 1 year old along and the staff is awesome with him during my visit. They even have techniques for helping with baby's congestion, colds, and irritability. This is the sort of place that really helps people. Both directly, and teaches people to help themselves. A+read more

Dr. Rey are amazing at listening to my issues and finding quick solution that yield miraculous results. I initially came to the practice for my son's 2.5 year bed wetting issue that was resolved in just a couple of visits. I stayed to help with my sleeping habits, neck and back pain and TMJ. My husband comes for periodic tune ups as well. The office is my "ounce of prevention" to keep me and my family active and healthy. The periodic tune ups help build our immunity which is important with a school age kid. The best part about it is that my son is learning about wellness prevention at an early age. I am a stay at home mama with an active toddler and it was beginning to take a toll on my body. I... thought to myself "my body feels like this already?! I am a hand drum... musician, I play the Conga drums .The doctors basically told me I have no choice but to deal with the hand pain & numbing pain while playing my drums. I've been a patient for just over 5 years now, and chiropractic care has made such a difference in... my life. I used to be extremely shy, and know that I would've been diagnosed with "Social Anxiety Disorder" if I'd seen a doctor about it. After nearly a year, I'd realized I could actually initiate conversations when I'd go into the office (instead of saying only "Hi," getting adjusted, and saying "Bye," as I walked out the door), but didn't put two and two together until seeing a drawing of the spine on the whiteboard, labeled with what areas affect what. The neck, where I am always out, has to do with anxieties and phobias. My fear of spiders is nowhere near as bad as it it used to be, either! And when I'm out in public now, or speaking with strangers, I can do it without having to battle any feelings of anxiety. I've had that severe crippling shyness since I was a child, which became worse in high school, so I feel like Dr. McKinley gave me my freedom! This year, I've been blessed to experience pregnancy under chiropractic care and appreciate McKinley Chiropractic even more! A week ago i was on the edge of Crying as i watchdoga my then 5 weeks old baby cry her eyes out.... Poor thing was diagnosed with GERD and colick at the same time. We went to McKinley Chiropractic for about 10 years before my son's lung disease became so severe... that we are now homebound. During those years he had pneumonia about once a year or less and no major hospitalizations. In the two years since we had to stop going, he has had a pneumonia about once every 6-8 weeks and the hospital has become our second home.
